Where we ship

We ship within Italy and to European Union countries. We do not currently ship outside the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland included.

European Union	€10 on orders under €100 · free from €100

Lead times

Every piece is made to order. The total time is production plus transit:

• Production: 1-2 working days
• Pre-rusted CorTen: 10-12 working days in total, oxidation included
• Transit within Italy: 2-5 working days
• Transit within the EU: 4-8 working days

We ship from Sardinia: for some destinations couriers add a day.

Some products made to a design, such as box signs, have longer production times: you will find them on their product page, and those apply.

Tracking

When the parcel leaves you get an email with the tracking number. If nothing has arrived by the expected delivery date, write to us: we open the claim with the courier ourselves.

Address and delivery

Check that your address and phone number are correct: couriers use the phone to arrange delivery. Parcels returned to us because of a wrong address are charged for shipping again.
